🚶♂️ Join the Windsor Chapter of Health4Heroes for an ALL FITNESS LEVELS journey around the lake
📅 Date: First Saturday of every Month 🕕 Time: 10:30 am
📍 Location: Boardwalk Community Park (look for the Health4Heroes flag)
🏃♂️ Distance: 2.25 Miles (Tackle it as you see fit! Walk/Ruck/Run/Bike/Cartwheel)
🍔 Post-Event Hangout (11:30 am): Stick around after for food, drinks, and community time at Peculier Ales
Important Information
- Hoist provided for all runners
- Bathroom is available at Boardwalk Community Park
- We go rain or shine!
- Dogs and strollers are welcome
- All ages, and abilities are welcome
- There is a playground at the location
