Event Details:
- Suitable for all levels, including beginners
- Infrared Saunas equipped with materials for each activity
- Sessions range from 15 to 30 minutes ⏱️
- Participants must be over 12 years old
- Nonalcoholic drinks and snacks provided 🥤🍎
- Wear comfortable athletic gear for sweating in
